How billing works No payment is taken when you apply. Applying is not the same as being activated. Starter's first 30 days are free, counted from the day MakaanX activates your agency. Each month is a separate payment you authorise. Nothing renews or charges by itself. An upgrade starts the day you pay. A downgrade takes effect when your paid month ends. Your listings and records are never deleted when you change plan. If you go over a lower limit, only new publishing pauses. Advisors and service partners join free Independent property advisors and individual service partners do not pay agency plan fees to join MakaanX.
Agency plans start at PKR 5,000 a month.
